The election’s over

Remember back on February 25, 2010 – President Obama speaking to Senator John McCain, “We’re not campaigning anymore.  The election’s over.”

President Obama to Senator McCain, \”We\’re not campaigning anymore. The election\’s over.\”

Now that the 2010 mid-term election is in the rear view mirror, it seems that the President doesn’t really care that the majority of Americans rejected the party agenda.

Together we have made a lot of progress in the past two years.

But now Republicans in Congress are determined to roll it all back—and they’re starting with health reform.

It’s up to us to fight back. We’re forming a campaign to protect our progress… and taking on the Republicans who are pushing for repeal.

Barack Obama

Guess what Mr. President?  The election’s over.  The Republicans won.
